Hemp & CBD Testing
With the passing of Assembly Bill No. 45, all Hemp and CBD products must be screened for contaminants in accordance with California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) Regulations. All Hemp/CBD products must not contain more than 0.3 % THC (dry-weight measurement) to be eligible for retail sale in CA. All Hemp/CBD products intended for retail sale in CA must complete Compliance testing by a DCC licensed, third-party testing lab located within CA. Excelbis Labs offers Research & Development and CA Compliance testing in accordance with DCC Regulations. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) will be issued upon completion of all requested panels.
